Management

The management of the Company comprises of 12 directors of which 5 are member directors and 5 Public Representatives being persons of eminent status from the field of finance, law and management.

Who are nominated by Ludhiana Stock Exchange after approval of their name from SEBI. Besides the Chief Executive Officer of company and Executive Director of the holding company (Ludhiana Stock Exchange) are on the Board of the company as ex-officio Directors.

Operations of the company are run in a professional, transparent and fair manner keeping in view the interest of investors as well as other stake-holders.
